Kas Chudleigh

Kas is dedicated to supporting her clients to connect with their values, develop new skills and redefine their own narratives. She uses a person-centred, strength-based, non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. She welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Kas draws on a range of evidence-based interventions to meet the individual needs of her clients including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic techniques.
With a background in International Studies and five years living and working in Mexico, Kas brings a culturally informed and inclusive perspective to her practice. She speaks proficient Spanish and is attentive of the barriers that can arise in cross-cultural relationships and mental health care.

Kas holds a Bachelor in Global Studies, a Bachelor of Psychology Science (Honours), a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology.
