Tegan is a warm and compassionate Psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals attain greater mental health and wellbeing. Counselling sessions are centred around helping individuals gain deeper insight into themselves, their behavioural patterns, and self-beliefs.

Tegan works across a broad range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting difficulties, substance use, self-harm, suicide, grief, and life adjustments.

Tegan uses evidence-based models of therapy such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Schema Therapy and Radical Exposure Tapping (RET).

Tegan offers in person and telehealth appointments from 5:30pm onwards on a Monday and Tuesday Evening.
