Sze Ching is an empathetic psychologist who firmly believes in the potential for growth and change in every individual. She adopts a person-centred approach that creates a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, reflect on their experiences, and initiate positive changes. Through close collaboration with her clients, Sze Ching dedicates time to understanding their unique perspectives and experiences, facilitating a journey toward achieving personal goals both within and outside the therapeutic setting.

Sze Ching has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in addressing a diverse range of mental health issues. She has a deep passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Sze Ching acknowledges that healing from traumatic experiences is a complex and challenging process and is committed to helping individuals navigate this journey by providing a safe and supportive environment. Her goal is to help individuals regain a sense of safety and well-being as they move toward recovery.

In her free time, Sze Ching enjoys trekking, doing Pilates, and engaging in other activities that help her stay grounded and centred. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends.
