Leigh is a senior psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals in clinical settings. She is deeply committed to helping people create meaningful change, foster personal growth, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Leigh has a particular interest and expertise in working with clients experiencing eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating patterns. She is skilled in delivering evidence-based treatment and is eligible to provide psychological services under Eating Disorder Plans (EDPs). Her approach is compassionate and collaborative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

She also works extensively with individuals navigating underlying perfectionism and burnout, helping them identify unhelpful patterns, build self-compassion, and restore balance in their lives.

Leigh supports clients facing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and the psychological impacts of chronic illness, injury, and pain. Her therapeutic style is person-centred and integrative, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, schema therapy, and narrative therapy. In addition to her focus on individual therapy, Leigh also works with couples navigating relationship challenges.

Leigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance, a Master of Science in Health Psychology, and a Master of Professional Psychology. She has contributed to health psychology research through several published journal articles.
