Jodi is a clinical psychology registrar whose transition from the corporate world into psychology was driven by a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a genuine passion for supporting people in their wellbeing, growth, and development.
As a person‑centred therapist, Jodi brings a warm, empathic, and grounded presence to her work. Her approach is shaped by curiosity, kindness, and respect, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Jodi provides therapy and assessments across the lifespan, with a strong focus on holding space for exploration while building authentic connections. Drawing on evidence‑based modalities— including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) —she tailors each intervention to meet the unique needs of the individual. She works with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating psychosocial stressors, adjustment related challenges, and relationship concerns.
Guided by a passion for enhancing the wellbeing of others, Jodi is committed to contributing to a world where people can live, work, and experience life with greater ease and meaning.
Jodi holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology, both awarded with Distinction, as well as a Bachelor of Psychological Science (First Class Honours and College Medal) from the University of Newcastle. She also completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at Swinburne University of Technology.
Outside her professional practice, Jodi finds joy in spending time with friends and family, immersing herself in the ocean and lake, practising yoga, and exploring new places through travel.
