Arabella Seddon

Clinical Psychology Registrar

Bella is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with postgraduate training in clinical psychology and experience across community, private practice, and health settings. She also brings a background working as a support worker within NDIS, not-for-profit, and government organisations, supporting young people and adults across diverse presentations.

She provides evidence-based assessment and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and play-based and creative modalities when working with younger clients. You will also find Bella conducting psychological assessment at the practice, including autism (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and learning assessments.

Bella is committed to creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for all, with a particular passion for supporting young people, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, culturally diverse clients, and those navigating trauma or marginalisation. She values each person’s unique lived experience and approaches therapy with deep respect for identity, intersectionality, and personal autonomy.

Whether she’s embracing the magic and imagination of working with children, navigating identity alongside teens, or holding space for the thoughtful reflection that adults bring, Bella’s focus is on helping people move toward what matters most to them – building lives that feel true, connected, and meaningful.

Outside of work, Bella can often be found outdoors, trying new hobbies, or relaxing with her two dogs, Pablo and Teddy – with regular FaceTime check-ins from the family dog, Mr Jed.
